Due to the nature of our business once order is placed there are NO, CANCELLATIONS, NO ORDER CHANGES AND NO REFUNDS. Exchanges are only available within 7 days of receipt provided that hair is received in a resalable condition meaning wefts unopened and sealed.
We strongly encourage you to check your order upon arrival. We will not exchange any item that has been coloured or altered from its natural state. We will only exchange an item that may be defective; NO COLOR, INCHES or CHANGE OF MIND will be accepted. If there is a problem with the order you must contact us within the 7 day period. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS once this time period has passed.
You must contact a Bahira Rep to proceed in the exchange process you may need to submit pictures and other info. VIA EMAIL: email@example.com. Product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted .We will pay the return shipping if item is exchanged back to you. Exchange will only be grated for the original order. Bahira Hair will thoroughly inspect the product, upon verification of the problem we will bear the cost to send out a product replacement. If no problem with the product is evident, we will send the item(s) in question back to the customer without an exchange of product.
Please note: UK Law states you cannot return Virgin Hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to UK law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all refund and exchange policies are voided.
